Refund Policy

Alberto tranquilli, trading as Extrudo, wants you to be happy with our service. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

How to request a refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

To request a refund, either:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@extrudo3d.com and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and access to Pro features ends. Your account and data remain — you can keep using Extrudo on the free plan.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you no longer wish to be billed, cancel your subscription from your account settings before the next renewal date. If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll do our best to help.
