Alberto tranquilli, trading as Extrudo ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data collected through this service. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Statistical and aggregated data derived from user submissions — for example the "confirmed solutions" knowledge base of defect → cause → working fix, and parameter/outcome statistics — is de-identified: it is not linked to your account, name or email. We treat this aggregated data as our own dataset and may retain, publish, commercialise or transfer it, including to third parties. Because this data is no longer personal data about you, once it has been de-identified it may not be individually deletable on request; deleting your account still removes your personal data and stops future contributions.
Public sharing of a specific diagnosis (e.g. via a share link) is a separate, per-diagnosis opt-in that you control and can revoke. Nothing in this section publishes your specific photo or diagnosis publicly without that separate opt-in.
We keep account and diagnosis data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymised, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons. Aggregated / de-identified data derived before deletion may be retained as described in section 4.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, principle of least privilege).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can export or delete your data from Settings → Data in the app, or email support@extrudo3d.com. If you're in the UK / EEA you also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority. Note that the right to erasure applies to personal data; aggregated/de-identified data as described in section 4 may not be individually reversible.
Some of our processors (including Google and Paddle) may transfer data outside the UK/EEA. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
